Who is responsible
StrategyZone is the responsible party for this website. Enquiries are received by Neil Adamson at info@strategyzone.co.za or (+27) 82 440 2477. Offices are in Johannesburg and Cape Town, South Africa.
What this website does not do
The public site is static HTML. It does not create user accounts, store form submissions, run a newsletter, or keep a CRM on the web server. Clicking an email or telephone link opens your own mail or phone application. StrategyZone then holds that correspondence in the ordinary business mailbox used to answer it.
Information you choose to send
If you email or telephone StrategyZone, the content of that conversation is used only to respond to the enquiry and to manage a possible mandate. It is not sent to Google Analytics or any other measurement product. StrategyZone does not sell personal information.
Analytics, and when they load
Google Analytics 4 is optional. The analytics script is not loaded, and no request is made to Google, until you choose Accept analytics. If you choose Decline, analytics are not loaded. The choice is stored only in your browser's local storage under the key sz-analytics-consent. It is not a tracking cookie, and it is not sent to StrategyZone's server.
If you accept, StrategyZone records only these events, with no email address, telephone number or message content attached:

You can change the choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.
PDF downloads
The optional one-page briefs on the experience page are hosted on this site. They are not submitted to search indexes as preferred results. Opening a PDF does not, by itself, send your identity to StrategyZone.
Your rights
You may ask StrategyZone what personal information it holds from your correspondence, request correction or deletion, or object to further use, by emailing info@strategyzone.co.za. If you are in South Africa, you may also contact the Information Regulator. This page describes the public website and enquiry handling; a defined client mandate may have additional confidentiality terms.
